**Swim Lesson Refund Policy**

Thank you for choosing our swim lesson program. Please review our refund policy:

– Cancel **14+ days** before the start date for a **75% refund**.
– No refunds for cancellations **within 14 days** of the start date.

– For cancellations within 14 days due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us to discuss rescheduling options based on availability.

3. **Refund Process:**
– Submit a written cancellation request to the swim lesson coordinator with your full name, contact info, lesson details (date, time, session), and cancellation reason.
– Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.

4. **Exceptions:**
– Refunds for extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, unforeseen personal situations) may be considered with supporting documentation.

5. **Non-Transferable:**
– Lesson fees and refunds are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by management.
